Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver Australia-wide, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas across all states and territories: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory. Delivery to some remote or hard-to-access areas may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery on all massage chair orders Australia-wide. For accessories and smaller items, free shipping applies to orders over $200. Orders under $200 attract a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95 for metropolitan areas and $24.95 for regional and remote areas. Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, severe weather, and courier delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. White-Glove Delivery (Massage Chairs)

All massage chairs are delivered with our complimentary white-glove delivery service, which includes: delivery to your preferred room, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials, basic setup and positioning of the massage chair, a brief demonstration of key features and controls, and removal and responsible disposal of packaging waste. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window. Someone over 18 years of age must be present to accept the delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee may apply.
