1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Outback Elite Trading Pty Ltd website (ABN 80 694 535 905) and any purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We are an Australian company registered in New South Wales, operating under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the goods have been dispatched. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery across Australia. Standard delivery timeframes are 5–10 business days for metropolitan areas and 10–15 business days for regional and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Free delivery is available on orders over $200. For massage chairs, we provide a white-glove delivery service including unpacking and placement in your preferred location. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the item in a safe location or attempt redelivery.

5. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or modify the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL.

6. Returns & Refunds

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all massage chairs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty products, we will cover all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

7. Warranty

All massage chairs come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be directed to our customer service team. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Outback Elite Trading Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a purchase or these Terms, please contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
